A concept for a new gun I am going to make in 3D soon.
The SR_ECEL(Enhanced Combat Electro-Laser) is based on existing Electro-Laser weaponry being developed for military purposes, it is a very futuristic envisioning of a combat-ready lightning weapon using plasma channels created through the use of an high intensity laser to direct a burst of electricity into a target. Although not a free arc of lightning, it is a lightning bolt being directed via the highly conductive cloud of plasma, which allows the operator to wield the weapon with extreme precision, since there is no projectile motion to compensate for.

I've loved the concept of electro-laser weapons ever since the Lightning Gun from Unreal Tournament 2k4. This is a grate design, I love the curves and high tech feel of it. One question though, what is the trigger up front for?
